Cheese-Stuffed PIZZA!!!

Prep time: 27 minutes


  • For pizza crust, I used a low-Calorie crust from ThinSlim Foods – you can get it here: ThinSlim foods pizza crust
  • 1 mozzarella cheese ball
  • half a small bag of fat free shredded mozzarella
  • 4 servings of pizza sauce
  • half a tomato
  • spinach
  • you can add any other veggie you want in your pizza


  1. Cut the pizza crust into 8 slices
  2. Slice each crust in the middle, starting at the tip of the slice triangle and going out to the periphery – do not cut all the way through, leave the rounded area of the slice still together (kind of like making a pocket)
  3. Cut the mozzarella cheese ball into triangular slices and place individually in the middle of each slice where you just sliced them
  4. Every time you add mozzarella to the center of a slice, place the slice into an oven rack, and add each slice you prepare re-creating the pizza crust shape as a whole
  5. Now that the stuffed pizza crust is on an oven rack, take your 4 servings of pizza sauce and spread them evenly throughout the crust
  6. Add whatever is left over of the mozzarella cheese ball evenly on top of the sauce
  7. Then spread your vegetables evenly on top
  8. Add the half bag of fat free mozzarella over the pizza and try to cover every inch of the crust
  9. Put in the oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
  10. ENJOY!
