Spaghetti squash a la Vodka – Gluten free!

Prep time: 1 hour 5 minutes


  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 25 cup vodka sauce
  • 2 servings Parmesan cheese


  1. Boil the whole spaghetti squash (top the pot) for 1 hour
  2. Take the squash out of the pot, cut in half
  3. Grab one half and remove the seeds by using a spoon to encircle all the seeds are
  4. Using a fork, horizontally strike the inside of the squash and start creating the “spaghetti”
  5. Put in a plate, add the vodka sauce and mix
  6. Add parmesan cheese
