Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- chewy protein bar – I used Kirkland Signature Protein Bar
- 1tbsp powdered peanut butter
Preparation:
- Mix 1tbsp of powdered peanut butter with water to desired peanut butter consistency
- Unwrap the protein bar and place on a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds
- Cut the bar into 4 equal parts
- Using a spoon, mash each part to thin it out
- Take some of the peanut butter and put into the center of each thinned piece of bar
- Then fold each piece so that the bar is enclosing the peanut butter
- Place the 4 pieces onto aluminum foil and place in the center of the oven rack
- Bake at 450 F for 3 minutes
