Gluten Free Super Easy French Toast

Prep time: 5 minutes

– 2 slices gluten free bread
– 1/2 cup egg whites
– 1/3 cup whole milk (you can substitute with any milk you prefer)

1) mix the egg white and milk in a square or rectangular container
2) soak each slide of bread, one at a time, on the milk/egg mox and flip to soak on the other side
3) put the soaked slice on the skillet and flip when brown on the side down
4) brown the other side and put on a plate
