Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
– half spaghetti squash
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– salt to taste
Preparation:
1) cut spaghetti squash in half
2) remove the seeds
3) drizzle olive oil and add a dash of salt to the cut side
4) place cut side down on oven-safe container
5) Pierce the top 5-6 times
6) bake at 400F for 45 minutes
7) take out of the oven and using a fork on the cut side rake the “spaghetti”
8) ENJOY!
Pro tip: goes great with parmesan cheese!
