3-ingredient Protein Bread – gluten free

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
– 1 cup gluten free flour
– 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
– 1.5 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
1) mix all ingredients in a bowl
2) knead the dough by hand
3) cut into 5-6 even pieces and make them into balls, then flatten each one (I added everything but the bagel topping)
4) bake in air fryer at 330F for 11 minutes
5) ENJOY!
