Traditional delicious Argentinean dish based on Spanish cuisine
Prep time: 1:05 hour (1 hour of boiling potatoes)
Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium potatoes
- 6 eggs ( 3 egg whites, 3 full eggs)
- 1/8th large onion
- Salt
Preparation
- Cut potatoes into pieces
- Boil for 1 hour
- On a separarte bowl, mix the eggs, chopped onions, and salt to taste
- Drain cooked potatoes and place on a nonstick pan
- Pour egg-onion mix into the pan and cover it
- Cook for 5 minutes at medium heat
