Low-fat Mac&Cheese

Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 1 serving of your favorite pasta (pictured is Banza rotini – chickpea based)
  • 1 serving of low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 single serve packet tuna


  1. Boil water in a pan
  2. Pour in the serving of pasta and cook to your liking – I love pasta al dente
  3. When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and put into a bowl
  4. Add the cottage cheese and the tuna
  5. Mix and enjoy!
