Tomato & Tuna – super easy recipe!

This recipe is great for a rest-day snack as it is protein-packed!

Preparation: 3 minutes


  • 1 medium-large tomato
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 1 serving of fat free shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Cut the top of the tomato off
  2. With a spoon, scrape the inside of the tomato and put the contents in a bowl
  3. Add the tuna and the cheese to the bowl
  4. Mix
  5. put in the microwave for 30 seconds
  6. Pour the mix into the hollow tomato
  7. ENJOY!
