Tuna salad – Gluten Free!

Prep time: 5 minutes or less


cottage tuna tomato (2)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Chunk light tuna in water (I use the 70-Calorie can by StarKist)
  • Low fat cottage cheese (I use Breakstone’s)


  1.  Open the cottage cheese container
  2. With help of a spoon, pour the contents of the container into a bowl
  3. Open the can of tuna
  4. With a help of a spoon, pour the contents of the can into the same bowl
  5. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl in the amount of your liking
Tastes MUCH better than what it looks like!N

This is a great snack on-the-go as well as a great snack during REST DAYS.
